Is the inside rifling actually hammered or did you guys buy chf blanks and cut out the rifling?

5 years later and I do not see a video about the Hanson profile barrel. So this video was useless and a waste of my time. I can't find anything about why the Hanson profile is more expensive than the government profile so I'm just going to assume it's a scam to trick people into spending more money on the same barrel.

Just a suggestion; zoom the camera in and up close on what you are trying to demonstrate, that's the subject of the video, that's what you're trying to show us...we can still hear you, we don't necessarily need to see you for these type videos. We're interested in what you're trying to show us, we are, but seeing it from across the room just isn't getting it done.

I just bought a BA barrel and am super disappointed that they were too cheap to dimple the damn barrel for proper gas block alignment and retention. Such a shame. I'm bringing it to a smith to have it dimpled next week, and wont be purchasing any more BA barrels for that reason alone. So half assed, and makes me unsure of my purchase.

This just might be the best barrel for a modern duty rifle.

I have been working with customer service and trying to get my new barrel fixed. I've had this 20" spr barrel for three months, and it hasn't worked since the first shot. I sent the barrel in to get the gas port resized and to have the barrel looked over. Ballistic advantage sent it back to me, and I installed it for the second time, and when I went to the range, I had exactly the same problem with the rifle sort stroking. Had the rifle and the barrel looked over, and he found that multiple bolts would close on a no-go gauge, so the Chamber is way oversized, and he explained how dangerous this could be. SO quality control missed this two times and now I'm fighting to get a refund for a $200 dollar barrel that was made incorrectly and quality control never checked the barrel over as there was two problems from the

Just installed this 13.7 556 barrel and I am excited to see what a tack driver everyone says they are. I have a number of AR’s and my 2 Geissele’s are the most accurate. Just a hair better than my larue and Odin barrels. Some people may shit on the G brand because the owner comes off as a cock but i let my results speak for itself. I have high hopes for the BA barrel and if it puts tighter groups than the G barrelthen this will be my go to Barrel from here on out. Btw I know no one will probably see my comment but let my experience and tons of money spent save you some time and $. Ammo is just as important and I have tried just about every 556 ammo out there in my quest for accuracy. I am literally not happy unless 3 out of my 5 shots are in the same bullet hole at 100 yards. And the absolute most accurate 223/556 ammo I have ever used is federal 223 sierra match boat tail. Don’t look at any other ammo if you’re looking for the best in accuracy. Better than black hills which is the 2nd best I have come across. And one last piece of advice, save your money and buy a real good scope and mount. For mounts: scalerworks, unity, Geissele, badger and reptilia Are all pretty similar and real good but the best are #2 larue. #1 spuhr. Best Scopes: Schmidt Bender, kahles, night force. I hope this helps some noobs out. Quality is not cheap but trust me if you get deep in this hobby you will regret buying multiple cheap parts when all that money could of gone to 1 quality part

Not responding to QC issues and not backing up your accuracy guarantee is why I don’t use BA anymore.

I have the 10.3” and it is great all around! Suppressed, unsuppressed, subs, supers, I doesn’t care what it eats, just shoot’s awesome! I am so impressed with the build quality, functionality, and excellent accuracy that I’m going to buy 3 more ba Hanson barrels.👍🇺🇸🇺🇸
